Discussion.

A very mild air mass, ushered in by southwesterly winds around the 
northern edge of a large Bermuda high pressure area, has brought 
record setting April-like warmth to much of Southern Ontario. These 
high temperatures are despite the areas of rain that soaked most of 
the area. Quite a few new maximum temperature records were set both 
on February 20 and 21
